In the Kingdom of Hearts, woman were the ones who rule. Men were the ones who did the dirty work, heavy labor and etc.

The Royal family Merlotte, were mostly woman, the men usually were either mysteriously murdered, extremely ill or simply were just ignored or given little power.

There was this man named Jonah Weaver who was a wealthy traveling merchant, due to his very clever and creative inventions, he loved to create stuff.

The Merlotte's was very interested in him, his wonderful mind brought them joy and most importantly they needed his skills to grow stronger. The Oldest daughter by the name of Phoebe Merlotte charmed Jonah, little by little causing him to fall in love with her and eventually marrying her.

Phoebe was somewhat controlled by her mother, she married jonah for strategic reasons, She asked for Jonah to create an invention that would keep invaders away from the kingdom, which he instantly created a  maze around the entire kingdom, giving them an upper hand in battle if the occasion occurred.

They had several children, five girls and just one boy. whose name was Apollo Merlotte.

Eventually, the now queen Phoebe ordered for Jonah and Apollo to be locked away in the castles tower, she did this out of fear that Jonah would leave due to him getting so much attention...of all sorts.

And she also feared for Apollo to be taken away from her due to the men tend to go off to the female families when married...or so she claimed. Jonah and Apollo could ask for anything they pleased and sure enough their wish was granted.

As Apollo grew up, he dreamed of seeing the world, having adventures like the ones he would read about in his books.

The father felt bad for his pour child for he was rotting away with him at such a young age.

Eventually, Apollo and Jonah decided to escape the tower, they tried to think of many ways without drawing attention. until Apollo thought of a crazy solution to their problem, to fly out of the tower. Jonah thought it to be a difficult, but worth a try. They started to find ways to build a contraption that will help them reach their goals.

Apollo however, read a book on the angel Cupid, he figured out that this book was ancient--it even had a summoning spell to call his presence.

Jonah wasn't that excited about this new pursuit.

Apollo tried out the summoning spell and sure enough it proved to be true, for Cupid came to their aid. They explained their situation, although this wasn't Cupid's usual scenarios, he was more than eager to help.

He gave the two a necklace the shape of a heart, once put around their neck, they were granted wings.

Surely, Cupid warned them, he stated that they must not give into human temptation and desire, to fly with a heart as light as a feather.

The Father and Son soon enough toke flight after Cupid left.

Apollo felt amazing, he felt so free and...so much power, he felt he can rule the world.

The Young Prince started gaining ideas and desires that surpassed his humble state of mind, Jonah noticed and tried to talk some sense to his son.

All of a sudden a grand storm formed, tearing the father and son apart, knocking Apollo to the sea and Jonah never to be seen again.

One of the royal guards (by the name of Theodore Johnson, he later on become Apollos best friend) spotted an unconscious Apollo along the shores, he contacted his mother, The Queen, and informed her of his findings. The Queen was outraged and heartbroken when she found out that her husband was no where to be found--possibly killed.

With further investigation, they figured out the story behind this event. Out of Spite, she ordered to rip Apollos wings off. When Apollo regained consciousness, the Queen made him into their royal executioner. Apollo suffered a great deal due too him executing people, he felt weird and inhumane for doing so, but he must do what he was told.

The Prince (Who couldn't remember that he was a prince) lived in a normal shack in the village.

He started to discover his love life, which lead to massive heartbreaks from several girls.

"There was a woman by the name of Corona Riddles (who was older than him), that taught Apollo how to be a 'man in bed', all the quirks in making a girl tick, and much more--involving an ability to rip someones heart out and controlling their well being".

Apollo started to become depressed and fall into the darkness, his friend Theodore, the guard who found him that day on the shores, didn't want to loose his friend. He told Apollo everything, which set Apollo in a blaze of fury.

Apollo stormed into the castle and created an uproar, which lead to him ripping out the Queens heart and forcing her to hand over the throne to him, imprisoning Phoebe and his sisters in the same tower he and his father once inhabited, And with that, Apollo became the King of Hearts, breaking hearts along the way, creating false illusions just to get what he wants.

And so the story continues...
